What are the delivery charges if I order product online?

Shipping is free in the continental US with orders of four or more pounds.  Under four pounds, shipping is 10.00 anywhere in the continental US.  Please use your STREET ADDRESS as UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX.

Which payment methods are accepted online?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, or PayPal.

How long does delivery usually take?

All of our product is roasted to order and can take anywhere from 3 to 6 days to arrive to you depending on our roasting cycle and when you placed your order. If you have a need to get it sooner please let us know so we can accommodate you.

How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?

Our site has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and we do our credit card processing with Stripe, one of the largest providers of processing internationally. None of your information is accessible to anyone on our end at any point in time and your information is not saved anywhere.

What happens after I place my order?

The order comes into us and if you are ordering coffee, either whole bean or ground, when we roast that particular variety (at least once per week) we fill your order from our freshly micro roasted batches and get it shipped to you via one of our reliable shippers (usually UPS). If you are ordering retail products (cups, brewing equipment, etc), your order is packaged and sent the day the order comes in and goes out the same way as fresh roasted coffee does.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

No. You’ve paid for your order and will receive a confirmation via email as soon as you placed the order. We do include a packing slip to confirm we packed what you ordered. Simple stuff.
